      Dweck does employee events such as a yearly Christmas party Also recognizing employees

      The pay is not that great but they will help you out if you are struggling

      Pros

      Great culture, great people! Top benefits, especially for property management. 12 holidays plus extra time off at the holidays, all paid. 401k even for part time people, with no waiting time on vesting. Always get a raise, and a bonus. Transparent leadership, nice people!
