Management is flexible with schedules Good team environment Good opportunity to get a foot in the door with healthcare IT The owner truly cares about employees and their success Good opportunity to learn new skills PTO for full time employees

Pay and benefits could be better Not much room for advancement, but the owner does support employees leaving for better opportunities because of this
