Great company for anyone committed to learning and growth

Pros

This organization is unique in their commitment to learning and the opportunity to impact an entire industry. You are expected to seek out diverse perspectives and speak up regardless of your title or tenure. The CEO has created a culture where leadership standards are not something you just see at onboarding, but are engrained to drive continuous learning, a relentless passion for customer service, and using data as the cornerstone of decision making. There are relentlessly high standards, but for those with a growth mindset you have an incredible opportunity to make your mark and develop a modernized skillset that every organization needs. There is no bureaucracy to getting things done and no one operates under a "that's someone else's job" mindset.

Cons

- smaller company with not as many resources - 40 hour work weeks is not the norm, closer to 50/55

Can't seem to think of any.

Cons

One of the worst companies I've ever had the unfortunate experience of being hoaxed into. This place churns through people with new ideas while continuing to invest in people that are the core problem to why the company is failing.

Employees work independently. Stable small company that cares about employees.

Cons

Good benefits, though insurance for family is expensive. Company wide communication is rare.
