      Pros

      Dynapac IT COE is very good Department. Lot of opportunities to work in S/4 projects and complex requirements. Team is very good, Seniors are supportive. Manager is reachable and provides guidance regularly. I have gained good knowledge in SAP.

      Cons

      Management should be careful of some employees creating negativity due to personal expectations.
