Cons
The leadership and management within the company operates in the most crude and misguided ways possible. Meeting customers commitments is sometimes practice in the most unprofessional ways possible. Focus on improving upon the operations of the company is often talked about but, never fully supported almost as if the whole concept is just marketed to make people think the company is doing the right thing. The company lacks engineering and manufacturing experience outside of its own business. Many projects start with goals that are not obtainable without making shortcuts. This leads many individuals to perform tasks that are known to be wrong and cause a high amount of stress. The entire company operates with faith in a core ideology that has failed them several times before but, for some reason continues to apply it. That approach can only be described in negative terms or what most would say is stupid! The company lacks a sound business model that everyone practices and is far behind in most current technologies and practices that other companies use. There is a lot of positive talk, mostly from the sales team that have empty meaning or reference things that are simply not true or even possible. The management does not value effective employees, they value only the ones that take on the hectic work, output something that resembles quality work and does so without ever speaking their mind or providing negative feedback.
