      Pros

      Nothing whatsoever, long hours, very bad management, always making you work long hours and give you jobs when your due to go home

      Cons

      Everything, on call rate same as normal rate, no retainer for no jobs when on call so no incentive to continue working for them, family members all run the business and when something goes wrong you get pretty much the whole office on your back

      None at all. Bunch of cow boys engineers and unorganised office

      Cons

      Craziest company to work for and notorious among plumbers and other companies for a very bad reputation. Engineers are under paid and lack any motivation to go above and beyond. Company promises better pay with performance bonuses however to reach those bonuses for a some what satisfying pay slip you got to work as if you have no social life at all. If you fancy working long hours with a company which has high staff turnovers, low pay and narcissistic managers then look no further!
