Pros

Small company offers good benefits and PTO. Some work environments are decent for just starting out, and I personally have not had many negative experiences. But this isn't true for everyone.

Cons

We've recently had a string of employees quit the company. Most of them due to a strong dislike of the atmosphere/management/CEO. Though I personally have not had any issue, I am removed from the "inner core" and work under a good team lead. The other reviews are accurate in stating that an upper management bias occurs, and management seems indifferent to feedback. Many well-deserving employees are mistreated and abused. The company is also looked down upon by many close competitors. Business decisions are also often sporadic and unclear. Most business paths aren't followed through with.

Thank you for sharing your E2i experience. After reviewing your information, I want to apologize for the experience you had. Your experience was marred by many concerns. I would like to say that since this was posted, E2i has worked hard to strengthen company culture, provide solid technical training to engineers, as well as provide leadership training to management. In 2020, our team members overwhelmingly identified our culture and the people they work alongside as the number one reason why they like working at E2i and why they stay. Even though my reply is delayed, your voice still matters. If you would like to share your experience in more detail, feel free to reach out to hr@e2i.net so that we can talk further. Thank you, Sarah HR
