      Pros

      It was nice working with them. They were small company but well managed. I found them inspiring and keeping consultants happy. The pay rate was excellent.

      Cons

      There were small issues of having limited number clients where consultants could go. There were no flip sides.

      Commute time was convenient, workspace was comfortable and clean

      Cons

      Rude co-workers, not enough information to do your job completely, no training, unreal expectations. They expect you to "sell" a position to a candidate without even giving you a complete list of job responsibilities or salary information. You sound stupid on the phone when people ask you details and you have none.
