      Bad Company and bad experience ever

      Pros

      They have none. Don't know why they're still in business.

      Cons

      Arrogant upper management, unprofessional workers (use the F word all the time), no clear direction as to what to work on, terrible training from employees. Made me feel like a second class citizen when I had both a college degree and a lot of work experience.

      They will hire absolutely anyone.

      They will hire absolutley anyone! No skill or ambition required. Company consists of grumpy managers who are unaccountable, unskilled, and immovable within the company due to their kiss butt nature

      The CEO is a nice lady

      The place has no process/procedures in place (i.e. performance reviews, making changes to the environment, etc.) even though it has been in business for long time.
