Pros

Flat organization, lots of opportunity to flourish in various aspects, supportive of high-performers, lots of opportunity to step up and very considerate of the interests of the employees. Very good environment for people who are very entrepreneurial. Director is a very sharp person as well.

Cons

Environment can sometimes be very lax. Need to drive better transparency within the company. Levels in the company may not be similar within industry.

Smart, hard-working employees who do conscientious work, particularly the team in Manila.

Cons

Founder/CEO is self-centered and doesn't value his employees. His approach has always been to underpay his people and to capture the rest for himself.

Pros

You will learn a lot of things about consulting world, you will also learn how to deal with different kinds of people. Great benefits, love the outing sometimes, the coworkers are great to work with. The company is always innovating in the field of consulting, great efforts from people who are "really working" hard. They encourage everyone to put their suggestions on how to improve the current process.

Cons

1. Spent a lot of money on unnecessary things: book launch, sending many people to the US, inconsistent monthly company celebrations (only when the boss is around), unnecessary promotions, buying unusable printers, installing CCTVs everywhere, coffee party only after the night shift of most people are over and will have to go to bed (because why not? a million people have to adjust to one person, not a big deal, sure! Taste awful btw.) 2. The management are not listening to learn, they just listen so they'd know how to get back to you 3. Lot's of drama! Beware... they don't know how to separate personal life to business. They will take time to scrutinize your life and at the end of the day will say: I don't have time for that, I'm so busy. 4. They immerse on "only positive", does not acknowledge any form of feedback, or criticism just because it sounds "negative" 5. When delivering big news, they always say: because BOSS said it, Boss said this so we will implement it" without thoroughly explaining the WHY. If something is so big, they just drop a person's name to avoid further questioning.
