      Flexible working. Good colleagues

      Lack of transparencies. Poor management. Does not listen to employees. No career progression despite its a training organisation.

      Doesn't really care about its people. Little or no development (despite being a training organisation). Very hierarchical.

      Pros

      Salary is ok, home based is good.

      Cons

      They go on about them being a training organisation but don't train their staff when promoting or giving them extra responsibility. Communication is very poor. Expected to work extra hours for no overtime. When going through redundancy they mark you down on interview on an area they said wasnt going to be taken into consideration.
