Wonderful co-workers, great bonuses for positive claim reviews, sometimes free lunch.
Cons
Employees that committed offenses that would result in immediate termination anywhere else was swept under the rug and noted. Operation issues and escalated issues were not taken care of with immediacy from management. Management let escalated issues wait without review for days to a week at a time. Angry customers would call multiple times because management would not call back. Serious morale issues.
