There are a lot of false positive reviews written by ECS management

Pros

Why would ECS management feel obligated to log in under the disguise of various logins and post positive reviews? Probably because it is difficult for them to hire any talent after prospects read the reviews on here. This is definitely a website that provides great feedback to prospective employees.

Cons

The previous reviews are not the "rants" of former employees but are just their observations. They all seem pretty accurate to me.

Certifications can be used to go to companies that actually pay you fairly

Cons

-Lack of pay. Lack of pay. Lack of pay. ECS LITERALLY pays their employees half of what other firms now pay their entry level employees (to include benefits like a TRUCK) -Lack of resources (Like clean tools and work vehicles) -70+ hour work week -- can't really say no -Job expectations constantly increase with experience without pay increase -Pay increases are *extremely dependent* on managerial opinion of personality rather than what you contribute at work -ridiculous expectations to participate in online job-safety training modules, workforce driving modules, and automated email correspondences that do not actually train you. They serve as a way for ECS to prove that they made an *effort* in making you "aware" of the dangers in your workplace. This is so they get a discount on their employer insurance and liability coverage.

Easy work, mostly just waiting in your car..if you like that sort of thing. A free lunch here and there.

Cons

Very low pay, false promises of promoting from within, poor training, no company vehicles, schedule is made the day before, micromanaging
