Pros

I find the whole company a nice place to work. Pay is not that bad. Not really high, but also not on the low end. Able to work with different kind of people, race and nationalities.

Cons

Some boss are still too traditional even though the company seems to be adapting new ways of doing things. Low annual salary raise. So some employees tends to leave and rejoin few months after. Very low chance of advancing your career.

Pros

Work-life balance is only achievable if you are in the management team's good graces. The level of camaraderie among colleagues varies depending on the department you are in.

Cons

Management and some employees lack the necessary skills, education, and knowledge, yet have been promoted to higher professional roles. There is a lack of clear direction, as most individuals within the company are reluctant to take responsibility for decisions made. (Ensure evidence is saved after conclusions are reached) The ongoing restructuring process is being framed as a company resizing, with actions being described as necessary. However, layoffs predominantly affect non-managerial roles, which are essential to daily operations. Working from home may soon become a privilege rather than a standard. Prospective employees should be prepared to either adapt to the company culture or remain steadfast in their own values, while being cautious about what they share with colleagues.
