Pros

Rapidly growing lower middle market investment bank. Plenty of white space for employees with the initiative to carve out a niche, lead and scale. Eat-what-you-kill environment, tailored for those that have an entrepreneurial streak. Relatively flat organization and caters to those that can 'figure it out' vs. needing a lot of hand holding. Nimble structure should allow the company to pivot quickly in dynamic market environments

Cons

Heavily geared toward SPACS... will need to diversify over time.

Did well during the spac boom, now doesn’t allow for organic growth.

Cons

Managing directors trying to fight analysts at team events. They don’t allow you to properly build a business in time and will try oust you from the firm within two to three months.
