Pros

Great peer colleagues, wide range of products to learn from

Cons

Poor office culture - The Management allowed the Manager shouting and yelling at the staff everyday as if we are working in the slavery time. They do not have good knowledge about the Asian markets somehow people are amused why they even set up an office in Asia. Poor salary increment and bonus - As anyone asked for the salary increment, they will generously give for the % in single digit and do not expect fat bonus for holidays Manual process - They expect the staff to complete all the paper works and lot of paper works

Pros

Management and bankers extremely well rewarded when they meet their objectives

Cons

Management continues to cut headcount in support functions to meet cost objectives without considering the workload. Support staff are overworked and given impossible deadlines. When mistakes are made, deadlines missed; the support staff gets the blame.
