I’ve been with EFK for many years, and I’m genuinely proud to be part of this team. It’s rare to find a company where you can build a long-term career, continue growing, and still feel valued every step of the way. EFK has had a meaningful impact on my journey - both professionally and personally. As the company has grown, so have the opportunities within it. I’ve been empowered to grow beyond my original role, encouraged to step into leadership, and supported as I’ve developed both strategically and personally. The culture speaks for itself - collaborative and respectful, while still driven and high-performing. Leadership sets a clear vision and high standards, while remaining transparent and supportive. I’m especially grateful for the balance the company provides. The work is ambitious and fast-paced, but there’s flexibility and understanding that allow for a healthy work-life balance. That combination is something I truly don’t take for granted.
Cons
As with any growing company, workloads can fluctuate during peak periods and expectations are high. That said, those moments are balanced by collaboration and leadership support.
