Pros
1. a lot of opportunities to learn about disaster risk management and project management 2. good stepping stone for young people who want to work internationally, and pursue higher studies abroad, later on. 3. international and intellectual exposure (you'll meet clients, consultants, research fellows, and interns from international organizations and prestigious universities, accordingly)
Cons
1. not so ideal salary rate. 2. mentorship needed improvement before (not sure now). 3. before some of the staff could be very personal and political at times (not sure now).
