Pros

so trauma bonded with fellow case managers that I made friends for life

Cons

they are so understaffed that you receive constant abuse from your clients, which feeds to no support from your "team leaders". They then don't progress you in your career because they are so understaffed. No recognition, no support for mental health apart from the occasional breathing exercise in a team meeting. extremely high turnover rate so there are no experienced people and you spend most of your days training new people. Unrealistic workload due to being understaffed. Also so much gossip and whispering from "team leaders" that no one asks for support or help. In your first week of training they train you how to handle death threats and people on the phone trying to take their own life...this is how regularly you get these calls.

Pros

Good money, free lunches, fruit every Monday, office drinks (alc provided) every month, WFH, opportunities to grow if you can stomach the industry, RDOs/9 Day fortnight options

Cons

The mental toll it takes on you, for me it was such a heartless job - felt like I was kicking people while they were down. Lots of phone calls , workload was pretty intense anywhere from 40-60 claims at any one time and there is a minimum of 5 people for each claim you have to be in constant contact with - its alot!

Pros

WFH 3 days a week

Cons

Pretty much everything about the job. Everything about the job is essentially getting people off the scheme, people that work here for a year plus all have the same personality which you could only compare to that of a high school bully.
