      Tight, supportive team; genuinely close-knit vibe Flexible PTO and decent work-life balance most weeks Great exposure to a growing company’s scaling challenges

      No defined career path; promotions/levels are fuzzy If you do a good job, your reward is… more work. Organizationally messy—priorities shift and processes are thin HR leans on celebrations/culture to cover structural gaps Pretty basic salaries. LATAM-level compensation not aligned with revenue from US clients “Make your own path” ethos can lead to burnout if unmanaged

      Pros

      A company with a very good work environment. Despite the day to day work, if the workload is low, they promote training on new software and tools. They give the space to learn new things. They pay relatively well compared to other salaries in Argentina and give economic compensations according to the quarterly balances. It also includes other benefits such as gifts on birthdays and holidays, and English classes.

      Cons

      Sometimes the workflow management is not the best, there are teams with a lot of workload and others with not so much. And it's even possible that within the same team some members have a much higher workload than others.

      Pros

      is a company where you enjoy working, the teams are kind and gentle, you have great flexibility and the salary is good ( perhaps not the best of the market but is so much better than the overall )

      Cons

      at least in software there's no so much growth opportunity, Modelers and delivery staff has more growth opportunities, but there's no great cons to be honest, is a great place to work.
