You can basically do whatever you want all day. No one cares. That might be positive for all the slackers working there but not for me. Salary was good though.

Shady as they come. Lazy office employees who'd rather take smoke breaks all day than do the job. Senior management is AWFUL. Good ol' boys club. Zero diversity. Toxic environment.

Management is very supportive and have handled the recent COVID crisis with integrity and transparency. They often promote from within, and provide the necessary tools, training and support for the job. The benefits are amazing, they really care about their employees.
Cons
It's fast paced environment, the industry is exciting and challenging. It's worth it though. There is never a boring day at work.
