Enthusiastic entrepreneurial attitude amoung ownership and upper management is adopted by most employees. A casual but professional atmosphere.

Cons

Pay scale below market for most employees, with wide discrepancy at times. Use of seemingly unneeded consultants, which can cause a cloudy management hierarchy
