Pros
Very few pros to working for this failing organization. Doesn't take much to excel above the majority of those employeed.
Cons
Where to begin? Poor use of available resources, company buys up smaller networks that are doing well on their own and bleeds them dry. Elitist attitude of majority of management, of which there are far too many to begin with. Only a handful of employees per mid-level manager. Management spends majority of time fighting over who makes the calls, requests information from their technical employees and then completely disregards all information given although the majority of management have no actual experience or expertise in the field.
