      Pros

      They have a nice building in a location that is easy to get to. Many of the engineers are nice people that are great to work with.

      Cons

      Poor hiring process. Engineering teams have us versus them mentality regarding other teams creating a difficult work environment. Engineering managers can make your life miserable. Cliquish mentality can leave people left out of their own teams.

      Plenty of work with WFH flexibility. Friendly coworkers. Employee engagement team. It's like a small business with many of the resources as a big business. Competitive pay.
