None, truly none, run the other direction as fast as you possibly can

Terrible toxic culture (name calling, lack of respect, assuming the worst in colleagues) that is driven from the top all the way down. Gross mismanagement from the board and executive team. Lack of evidence that product actually works, we are all asked to sell fish oil with no concrete proof points.
