Pros

friendly, everyones it in together. Staff actually care about their customers. Fun culture and all sales guys there who do things correctly and follow managements vision earn well from what ive seen.

Cons

New sales people who think their handed commission on plates don't last long and rightly so. Pension contribution is as basic as legally it has to be.
