Pros

Supportive Company/Family Work Culture with Opportunities to learn, grow and develop one's capability all rounded. I wouldn't hide or try to paint a fake picture that all's rosy. It is a small and growing extremely fast fragrance house, with a strong heritage in Fine Fragrance and increasingly growing their knowledge and strength in Consumer fragrances. It has global presence but unfortunately, it still lacks global perspectives, global governance and practices across all departments but it is changing and people are willing to listen and change. One thing which I missed not working there is the fact that I am able to grow as much as I could as the environment is supportive and encouraging. Different from the bigger fragrance houses where chances of developing your skills and capabilities are quite difficult as most would have had established protocols and procedures in place. Helped me to grow more than what I knew i was and could be...

Cons

Small and hence, limited resources in all senses... as in wanting to do alot more but not having the right resources both in terms of capabilities, numbers, experience. Globally, things are rolled out haphazardly without ensuring that everything is completed or done to ensure successful roll-out

Pros

Working with dynamic teams and collaborating across countries has been a good experience. As the company grows rapidly, there are challenges—but also great opportunities for those willing to learn and work hard together. It’s an exciting environment where change is constant, and every day brings a chance to grow and learning along...

Cons

Sometimes it can be challenging to work with colleagues who are new to MNC environments or in their first job, as they may feel very confident in their own way of working.

Avoid joining India team

Pros

Few People are helpful and there are lots of collaboration opportunities. Good learning experience. Good location

Cons

The Indian team is currently led by someone with a largely unapproachable style of leadership. Expectations are often set higher than what is realistically delivered, creating a gap between commitments and outcomes with the customers. The future direction of the team remains unclear, with rules subject to frequent changes. While a select few enjoy a more favorable environment, the majority operate under significant pressure, constant nit picking. Insults. Unempathetic behaviour. As a result, the team faces one of the lowest retention rates, with frequent turnover and an almost entirely new team emerging each year. On paper it’s an MNC but within it’s run like a mom and pop store.
