Had the opportunity to work with some very bright people.

The company is flailing, most employees don't have a good understanding of who owns what and that's mostly because the company doesn't have a good grasp of what direction they want to go in. Most everyone is overworked and stretched thin, leaving for little to no work-life balance and huge amounts of stress, which, of course, impacts quality and mental well-being.
