      Pros

      Not stressful environment, flexible hours, decent pay, not high for the sector, but average. Many people say if they secure a place in the company they would retire there

      Cons

      Not much of an opportunities to grow unless you are willing to relocate. No possibility of a home office, not even 1-2 days per month.
