      Good people Interesting work and mission

      Cons

      Pay is below average, especially if you work there long Executive team grossly out of touch with what happens. COO never goes to lab or talks to people to understand what's going on, and CEO doesn't even work in the same state as headquarters

      Merit increases will only be between 0-2%, no bonuses, very little oversight, need to be completely self driven.
