Pros

Relatively good pay and prospects

Cons

Recently went from back to worse. Why? Horrible team leads. Bad management. You expect 1 person to do 4 man workload? When the management is the one what is the MAIN cause of the reason why targets are not hit, the employees end up taking the blame. bad management, bad culture. Fresh grads and experienced industry players, if you're looking for a job, please save your time and look elsewhere. Until the higher management wakes up their idea and start feeling the ground work, do not bother.

Great Place If You Like Being Blamed for Everything

Pros

- Some colleagues are helpful and easy to work with - Good place to learn how to deal with unrealistic expectations.

Cons

- Management will throw you under the bus without hesitation. Great place if you enjoy being blamed for everything. - Talks behind your back like it’s part of company culture. - Job scope? Doesn’t exist here. You’ll be doing way more than what you’re paid for. Job scope is just a suggestion, not a rule. - Complaints get brushed off as “part and parcel” — basically, deal with it. “Part and parcel” = doing extra work for free. - Transparency isn’t a thing here — anything questionable, non-compliant things, are conveniently done “offline/under the table” with no written proof. - Management doesn’t listen to feedback or concerns. - High expectations with little to no support. - Poor communication — things change last minute and you’re expected to just deal with it.

Thank you for taking the time to share such candid feedback. I’m genuinely sorry that your experience has felt this way, particularly around feeling blamed, unsupported, or unable to raise concerns openly. That is not the experience we want anyone to have at Exclusive Networks. Some of the points you raise - around expectations, communication, clarity of roles, and how concerns are handled - are serious. If something feels non‑compliant, handled “under the table”, or unsafe to speak up about, that is not acceptable, and it matters that those concerns are heard properly. We do have formal routes for raising issues confidentially, including our whistleblowing process, and we actively encourage people to use them where needed so concerns can be investigated independently and fairly. At the same time, I recognise that using formal channels isn’t always easy. If it would help, you’re also very welcome to contact me directly and in confidence. I’m part of our HR leadership team and I genuinely want to understand experiences like this so we can address them properly. My email is tgill@exclusive-networks.com. I do also want to recognise that across the business we are working hard to improve transparency, communication, and support for our teams. This includes clearer role definition, stronger leadership expectations around behaviours, and greater focus on listening to employee feedback and acting on it. We know we don’t always get everything right, but we are committed to learning and improving. Thank you again for raising these concerns openly. I hope you’ll consider reaching out so we can understand more and take the right action. Thomas Gill Global Field HR Leader Exclusive Networks
