      It is Easy to get hired

      Cons

      The pay sucks. They will hire anyone even if you don’t have a license to do security. They be charging you $300 for some old dusty uniforms that be ripped and smell like eggs. They expected me to walk Around an unsafe neighborhood wit no pepper spray or nothing AT 3 AM for $13 an hour… SMH I quit after the first month they are a joke

      Decent benefits, big accounts to deal with, access to lots of training, more recently some opportunities for growth within the company

      Cons

      Management is on another planet, tedious work, salary is on the low end in the industry. Lack of accountability creates a poor working environment for recruiting staff.

      Its a job and provide all equipment for job

      Cons

      Supervisors and Owner are rude, office is unorganized and don't communicate with each other. They tried to keep my second to last check until i returned their uniforms even thought I still had one more shift with them.
