Pros

Employees other than upper management... people in the trenches are awesome

Cons

This is the most poorly managed company I have ever worked for. Lack of infrastructure for decades and now they’re trying to make things look pretty so they can sell it all and run off into the sunset. If you get hired here expect low pay, below average benefits, no clear direction or processes to follow, then they’ll give you 5 other jobs other than the one you’re hired for just to get laid off when they don’t know which direction they’re going in today. Upper management will smile and hug you and call you brother one day and throw a knife in your back the next.

Pros

Store schedule 9-5 or 9-6, Nice bikes, wide range of customers who like the product and you get to meet and interchange with them.

Cons

There is no process on how to hire or fire an employee, if your manager dislike you, he will get rid of you regardless of performance; the company has NO disciplinary process in place. There is very little training offered--if you get lucky they will send you to their headquarters in Los Angeles and get some training. There is no leadership from the top and they don't seem to care about delivering promotions fairly. Never believe the pre employment offer, the hiring manager fixes the numbers with a tempting offer, you only realize after you've taken the job that the commission, pay rate and work title was all a lie. The fleet management is a joke, leaving customers hanging at the time of the rental. The service department is disorganize and cheap, well qualified motorcycle techs stay away from this company. Do not take your bike for repairs here!

Pros

The folks you work with, not for......that's it.

Cons

Imagine the worst job you ever had.....multiply it by one thousand. Under paid, over worked, unset schedule, no days off, pathetic upper management, greedy, constant pay plan deductions....lying at the job interview.....promise broken.
