Great working environment with supportive colleagues and management. Clear goals and directions set to be achieved together as a business. Always giving you a high autonomy to run our own business!

Supportive and Great Career Development

Eames has been very supportive in the development of my career whilst giving a right amount of autonomy for me to build a desk as I see fit. The collaborative approach throughout the hierarchy makes it the kind of place you work with friend’s not just colleagues. The company is expanding so there are a lot of opportunities for advancing your career, building a desk and team and working with leading companies and industry leaders.

Cons

More collaboration across borders. Time difference can make this a challenge, but there is a wealth of knowledge in the UK and more opportunity to tap into that would be a benefit.
