Pros

- Hybrid work setting - Lunch once a week - Unlimited snacks - After office activities - Office schedule (Mon-Fri) weekends off - 3 personal off days a year

Cons

- No growth opportunities - Minimum benefits - Office location is a pain if you do not have your own car - No salary increase, no bonus - Micromanaging - Management will only listen to your concerns or needs to gaslight you, not to make real change

Pros

If you’ve transitioned to a new opportunity, consider yourself lucky.

Cons

The company has struggled post-sale, and unless there are significant changes in leadership, it’s best to stay far away should they ever secure funding and attempt to scale again. Senior leadership, including the General Counsel, is in over their head, and there are serious concerns about the ethical and legal implications of some executive decisions, particularly in how employees are treated. While there were talented individuals at the company, the culture at the top was toxic, creating an unstable and unsustainable work environment. Proceed with caution.
