      Interesting people, light atmosphere, coworkers are friendly and understanding.

      Cons

      Another 9-5, no sense of direction in the company. More drama conversations than work being done by the actual management. Low pay for the work asked to be done.

      Political everyday Unstable work environment. People get fired all the time with no warning. Nothing ever gets finished because of lack of management capability.
