      Great company to work for. Earthscape is committed to treating it's employees and clients with the respect they deserve. There is a strong team mentality, and I have always felt supported in my work.

      Cons

      Earthscape is a large company and it can take a while to figure out who's who and where to go for the answers you need.

      Supportive management and team culture, strong safety focus with excellent tailgate talks, clear daily communication, good hands-on learning and skill development, and helpful, approachable coworkers who provide quick support.

      Cons

      Work can be physically demanding and hours may be long during peak seasons, providing great opportunities to build endurance, resilience, and time management skills.
