No longer get discounts on shoes Very restricted with discounts A lot of shifting between stores Don't get too attached because once you feel comfortable they move you Females don't have a high chance within the higher up corporate part District manager talks down to you rather than talk with you or to you Hard time building a good store team There is a lot of favoritism Miscommunication within the stores Miscommunication between district manager, store manager and staff; they only want to let you know what they want you to know, not what you need to know Fridays are mandatory You work 6 days during black out but only get paid for 5 days Not enough hour to to staff proper floor coverage throughout the days Not allowed personal time
