      Consistent hours, potential to work half days on Fridays

      Cons

      There is very little room for advancement, if or when there is room to advance, the positions are filled by people who are liked regardless of their work quality. Supervisors are unprofessional. Cursing at their teams, speaking to people in a condescending manner. Overall toxic environment.

      Pros

      Very busy, constant work. Great peer collaboration and depending on your department you can be supported when providing improvement ideas.

      Cons

      Limited willingness to follow through with improvements. Only certain departments provide opportunities for career growth and as employees move on they are slowly replaced.

      Pros

      The owner is down to earth, relatable and looks out for the employees. The Ephrata is very clean and well lit. Doesn't feel depressing just walking into the building. Supervisors and leads are decent people and keep trying to do better. Which is refreshing to see.

      Cons

      Supervisors can be pretty poor communicators.
