      Pros

      Work culture is very free with autonomy given to staff to enable delivery of results. Great technology solving a major challenge in the APAC region (water loss/aging water infrastructure)

      Cons

      Limited career progression opportunities without relocating. Expectations on working evenings to align with North American HQ

      Pros

      - Great people to work with. They genuinely want you to succeed and will help you do that. - Good non-salary benefits, especially dental. - Lots of great travel opportunities.

      Cons

      - Salaries are lower than competitors and the marketplace in general. - Limited career growth opportunities internally, and your knowledge base is very niche, making it harder to find suitable jobs afterwards. - You constantly need to promote yourself and your accomplishments to get ahead. No one is keeping tabs of the work you do. - Admin team is not appreciated at all. There are no raises or promotions there. - Travel is very taxing, and can be required on very short notice. Some trips can be 3+ weeks at a time.
