      Colleagues super friendly and make for good work environment. Good location, easy to reach and commute to each day. Somewhat relaxed office...

      Owner and son who run company are bull headed and impulsive with their decisions, especially those that dictate the look of their company. Neither have a clue as to what they want their company to look and represent. Few details given as to direction of each 'project'

      If you are hyper-focused and willing to spend every waking moment pushing back against horrible and offensive concepts, you may occasionally produce decent work

      I worked for the company when they hired a consultant to coerce "positive" reviews from employees. Don't believe a single good review here. The owner is an abusive, racist, misogynist whose inept children were recently put in charge of the brands. The pay is poor, the office culture is miserable, and the 'management' is delusional, unprofessional and entitled. In 15 years in marketing/advertising, it is the worst job I have ever worked. I was asked to things ranging from amoral to illegal. Nothing about this company is worth anyone's time and they will probably be out of business in another 5 years.
