Cons
Start-up environment may not be suitable for everyone. The atmosphere here is conducive to people who work well in small teams and who enjoy collaboration.

Startup environment provides a lot of room for innovation and growth. Coming up with solutions not thought about before in this space.
Cons
Like all new organizations, the organization is flat so might not be a place for folks looking for a typical 9-5 office environment.
