Pay was average and benefits were great.
Cons
Inequitable work loads based on roles. Leadership talked a good game but didn't follow through. Trust their actions, not their words.

There is a strong mission to provide high quality instructional resources. There is good work life balance.
Cons
There is a spoken commitment to diversity and inclusion but staff members are leaned on to educate leadership whenever they are treated with bias. No real path to promotion.
