EdSights has an employee rating of 5.0 out of 5 stars, based on 20 company reviews on Glassdoor which indicates that most employees have an excellent working experience there.
EdSights redifines culture in a big way. Not in a free lunch and ping pong sort of way, but in a way that focuses on what really matters. There's a high degree of accountability but also trust across the company, employees seem to genuinely enjoy working with each other, and their mission is far from fluff. It's a fun place to work hard and feels very genuine. Rigorous hiring has really paid off for them!
Cons
Not a con for me personally but if you need SOPs to function well at work then EdSights might not be for you. While EdSights has more resources available than the average startup, it's still a startup at the end of the day and you have to be comfortable with figuring things out as you go.
An incredible culture headed by intelligent and passionate leaders. The whole company truly works and acts as a team. Incredible room for growth and opportunity to contribute in meaningful ways. A product and a mission that are worth fighting for.
Cons
Genuinely none. The only things that could be construed as cons are largely inherent to all startups, but many of those can also be pros depending on the person.
