      Pros

      I've been on several teams throughout the years at this company. There is a wonderful family culture. My team leader listens to me. Flexible work from home.

      Cons

      Maybe too fast growth? Not necessarily bad, but creates challenges. Could be more diverse, although it's not for lack of trying. In the tech industry, there are more white men with IT degrees than women or people of color.
