      Pros

      Great company and many bright people. Outstanding benefits and development opportunities. Very supportive, friendly environment. Great culture. Outstanding C-level leadership.

      Cons

      Sometimes it is hard to get things done. A lot of politics and relationships are often more important than business. Strong company culture is quite capable of eating both innovation (and new people) for breakfast.

      High level of job security. It's almost impossible to lose your job as long as you deliver half decent work product.

      Cons

      You have to deal with lots of incompetent people who are totally unmotivated because they know their job security is so high due to the monopolistic nature of regulated utilities.
