Under Marriott Umbrella, good and ideal career progression, if planned well.

Very short of staffing till date. One point in time late 2024, all pass holding staffs were worried for themselves with lack of confirmation and assurance from HR, seeing other pass holders being let go due now able to renew passes. Lower end of the Salary Spectrum, resulting in numerous interviewees brought in for the process, only to reject the LOA as the pay was too low. Most of Marriott's Prominent properties are under City Development Limited. Their funding and quality of hardware towards EDITION also limits to/at the surface level. Hence, low salary range for a premium Lifestyle/Luxury branded City Hotel, much less both at the same time. Used to have Anniversary Stay. Was magically removed by HR, with no updates to staffs affected.
