Nice staff members, helpful to eachother.
Cons
favoritism/micromanagement/unethical practices/Bad communication with management. Ran by a family. The mother is overrides any decisions made by her daughters or management staff. Refused to report any child crisis until other staff threatened to do so. Belittles parents in meetings and talks to children by herself without any staff present. There's a meeting every single day that lasts from 15 minutes to 1.5 hours. If it's past clock out time, you don't get paid for that. They pick and choose who they want to give $50 dollar bonus at Christmas.
