It's a horrible place to work.

Pros

I literally can't think of any.

Cons

No support from staff. They are very unprofessional. In addition, they require you to work a minimum amount of jobs per week while the take home pay is less than $10 per hour.

Our per diem rates are comparable to other similar staffing agencies and school district rates. In some instances, our rates are a little higher. Our per diem rates are shared with every candidate even before conducting an interview so you can decide whether the position is a good fit for you or not. While we do not require or enforce any minimum amount of days to work we absolutely require consistency and reliability from our educators to ensure our schools have the support they need when teachers are out of the classroom. Our #1 goal is to make a true difference within each school we service. We believe that substitute teachers have the potential to be positive forces & can spark inspiration. Our mission is to make a true difference in the absence of permanent teachers and to keep students moving forward and upward. We are certainly open to any suggestions on how we can improve.

Pros

Good part time job if you live with mom and dad and have no bills to pay.

Cons

They expect you to commit to working 2-3 days a week while paying you $90.00 a day. The women that run EOC are highly unprofessional and childish. Most of the schools they cover are horrible schools with extreme discipline issues. I'd highly recommend a job as a dishwasher or getting a paper route. The pay is the same but with a lot less stress.
