Eduncle is one of the best infact the best companies to work for if you wish to breathe and grow! Amazing people amazing culture. I love the fact that i am a part of such an amazing team. Starting from company manager to the junior staff everyone is amazing.

I started working in Eduncle 4 years back. As my first project, it will always be close to my heart. I worked with many managers here and for me the most appreciated thing is that the company's culture is very appropriate for female employees. None of my manager were ever bad towards female employees. They treat everyone with respect and hear your thoughts whenever you feel like. Even the CEO of Eduncle is very forward thinking person and he regularly mentors employees in leadership management program personally. You are free to pose questions to the CEO regarding any aspect of the career or your work. The liberal environment and ethics are definitely rightous at Eduncle.

The management is very helpful. This company has been very supportive in the times of COVID (WFH facility and other benefits) The superiors are like great mentors.

It is settled in the educational city. Management is quite good. Healthy enviornment. Supportive seniors. A great start to your career.

A highly Supportive CEO would take care of your benefits and guide you at every step. He personally interacts to each employee and share suggestions with them, guide them. The ideas are supported and appreciated as well. Good payment for my work as compared to other companies in my City. The Working Environment is Flexible and friendly to the employees. The management is very supportive that stands fair with our expectations, builds positive relations with employees and listen to them on regular basis. Regular cultural programs, seminars and tours are organized that helps to boost the morale of employees.
